After 30 years of property management service, Tellus Management expands its service area to communities in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and Orange Counties. Tellus Management offers four main residential and commercial services: property and community maintenance, repair services, tenant improvements, and property management coordination. Tellus Management is owned and operated by the principals of Tellus Design + Build, a full-service residential and commercial design and construction firm. This allows for seamless service from city permitting and approval to major construction and renovation.
Tellus Management currently maintains over 600 homes and communal areas in Orange County, consisting of lakes, piers, pools, clubhouses and entertainment facilities. The Tellus Management model is based on quick response time and a high level of communication, detail, and preventative maintenance.
